Who we are
We’re DECA, a window and door manufacturer in Westfield, Massachusetts. This page explains what we do with the information you give us through our website, forms and text messages.
This Privacy Policy describes how DECA Euro Windows and Doors, Inc. (“DECA,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects the personal information of visitors to our websites and landing pages and of people who take part in our SMS messaging program. By using our website or opting in to our messaging program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Section 02
What we collect
Your name, phone, email, details about your project, and standard website analytics. That’s it.
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address and, when needed, a delivery address.
- Project details: project type, window and door count, sizes, colors, timeline, build site zip code, and any plans, drawings or photos you upload or send us.
- Consent records: which SMS consent boxes you checked, and when.
- Website activity: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar analytics data.
We collect this information when you fill out a form on our website or landing pages, submit a lead form on an advertising platform such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google, or contact us by phone, email or text. We do not buy contact lists or acquire personal information from data brokers.
Section 03
How we use it
To prepare your quote, talk through your project, arrange shipping and support you after the sale. Promotions only if you opt in.
- Preparing quotes and answering questions about products, pricing and lead times.
- Following up on your project and scheduling calls by phone, email or SMS (SMS only if you opted in).
- Manufacturing and shipping your order and coordinating delivery to your site.
- Providing warranty service and technical support.
- Sending occasional promotional messages about offers, discounts and new products, only to people who give separate marketing consent.
- Improving our website and advertising using aggregated analytics.
- Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights and the safety of our customers and staff.
Section 04
SMS messaging
If you opt in, we text you about your quote and project. If you also opt in to marketing texts, we’ll occasionally send offers. Reply STOP anytime to stop.
If you opt in to our SMS program through a form on our website or landing pages or another opt-in point we operate, we use your mobile number and consent only to run the program you signed up for:
- Non-marketing messages: follow-up on your window and door quote, project updates and scheduling.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts and new product updates, sent only if you checked the separate marketing consent box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving a quote or making a purchase.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
Section 05
Who we share with
Only the companies that help us build, ship and support your order, and only what they need to do their job.
- Service providers that support our operations, such as freight and delivery carriers, customer relationship and messaging platforms, and payment processors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Installers or dealers in our network, only when you ask us to connect you with one.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
- A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under the same protections described here.

Mobile information
Your mobile number and text consent stay with us. We never pass them to anyone else for their marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
This applies to your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in records and consent data.

Cookies & analytics
Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to see how the site is used and how our ads perform. You can turn cookies off in your browser.
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including tools provided by advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google, to operate our website, measure advertising performance and understand how visitors use our pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of analytics and ad personalization through the tools those platforms provide.

How we protect it
Forms are encrypted, access is limited to people who need it, and we follow standard industry practices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for form submissions and access limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Age requirements
You must be 18 or older to sign up for our texts. Our site isn’t meant for children.
By opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Section 10
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop our texts and emails at any time.
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any text, or unsubscribe from any email.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
Section 11
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to quote, build, ship and support your order, and to meet legal and tax requirements.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including quotes, orders, warranty support and our legal, tax and accounting obligations. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to document them.

Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version goes here with a new date at the top.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting our SMS program will be communicated to active subscribers where required by law.
