Acceptance of these terms
By using our website, submitting a form or opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our messaging program.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and landing pages operated by DECA Euro Windows and Doors, Inc. (“DECA,” “we,” “us” or “our”), including forms you submit, communications you receive and our SMS messaging program. By using the website, providing your information or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms.
Section 02
Eligibility & age
You must be 18 or older to use our services or sign up for our texts.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use our services or opt in to our messaging program. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Section 03
SMS messaging program
If you opt in, we text you about your quote and project. If you give separate permission, we’ll also send occasional offers.
DECA operates an SMS program to follow up on quote requests and support customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages are sent from a standard 10-digit number and are subject to the policies of participating wireless carriers.
Section 04
Message types
There are two kinds of texts: ones about your quote and project, and marketing ones about offers. You choose which you want, one, both or neither.
- Non-marketing messages: follow-up on your window and door quote, project updates and scheduling.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts and new product updates, only if you separately consent.
Each type requires its own consent. Agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other.

How you opt in
You opt in by submitting a form and checking a box yourself. Nothing is pre-checked, and you can get a quote without checking either box.
You join the program by submitting your information through a form on our website or landing pages, or another opt-in point we operate, and checking one or both of these boxes:
“By checking this box, I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from DECA Euro Windows & Doors about my window and door quote, including project follow-up and scheduling. Message frequency varies, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
“By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts and new product updates, from DECA Euro Windows & Doors at the phone number provided. Frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
Both boxes are unchecked by default. You never need to consent to text messages to request a quote or do business with us.
After you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message: “You’re subscribed to messages from DECA Euro Windows & Doors. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Opt-out & help
Want out? Reply STOP. Need help? Reply HELP.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Frequency, rates & delivery
How often we text depends on your project. We don’t charge for texts, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Section 08
Privacy
Your phone number and text consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their marketing.
Your use of our website and messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Quotes, orders & shipping
A quote is a price for what you described. Your order is confirmed in a separate written agreement.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if sizes, specifications or quantities change. Orders are governed by the written order or contract you sign with DECA, including its product warranty terms. Where free shipping is offered, it applies to delivery within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Website use
Use the site to learn about us and request a quote. Don’t try to break it, scrape it or misuse it.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or use the site to send unsolicited communications. All website content, including text, images, logos and the DECA name, belongs to DECA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers & liability
We keep the site accurate and the texts running, but we can’t guarantee perfection or message delivery. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
The website and messaging program are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DECA and its service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or messaging program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Product warranties are provided separately with your order.

Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, the new version goes here with a new date at the top.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes to our SMS program will be communicated to active subscribers where required by law. Continuing to use the website or messaging program after changes are posted means you accept them.
